At PezGato, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for every guest. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, changes, and no-shows to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved.

Cancellations and Changes

We understand that plans can change. To receive a full refund or reschedule your tour without penalty, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled departure time.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a 100% refund to the original payment method.
  • Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours in advance are subject to availability with no additional fees.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official reservation channels.

Changes Within 24 Hours

Last Minute Policy

Any changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time are considered non-refundable and non-transferable.

Exceptions

Weather-related cancellations are determined solely by the Port Captain or PezGato management. If we cancel your tour due to safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling.

No-Show Policy

Important Notice

A "No-Show" is defined as failing to arrive at the designated check-in location by the scheduled tour departure time.
