There was clear communication about the pickup at our resort. As others have noted, we arrived there an hour before the boat departed. But I prefer to arrive early and have time to look around and relax rather than be rushed. The boat ride itself was pleasant. The staff is friendly and entertaining. We saw several whales. The food and drinks were decent. Overall, we were very happy with the whole experience.

This was a great experience and I am very glad I did it. The crew was very friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about the whales and I learned a lot. We saw several groups of whales, both humpback and gray. I would definitely recommend this tour.

It was at midday when it was the hottest. (February) The guides were excellent, knowledgeable, fun, and definitely entertaining! Good food/drinks and overall a great experience. Highly recommended! Oh yes – great music too!

Ivan and his crew were amazing. They made us feel like family and friends, knew when to play music and when to let nature speak for itself.
The bartender made drinks perfectly and the rest of the staff was on it. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an excursion in Cabo.

The captain, the first mates, and the bartender were a blast. They kept it light and fun, but also shared some facts about the whales. They made sure we saw some amazing moments. A bit of luck was involved, but certainly enhanced by their knowledge of the waters.

Pez Gato Whale Watching Tour exceeded all expectations. The crew was friendly and helpful. Breakfast burritos and all drinks were provided. The guide was very knowledgeable about the whales. Lots of interesting information to go along with MANY whale sightings. We saw mothers with calves and groups of males playing. All great. They also took a nice set of photos of my wife and me, as well as all the whales we saw. I got all the photos online for only $35. Couldn’t recommend it more.

I had an amazing experience with many whales showing off their breaching and fin-slapping skills! Nacho was a great guide. The crew was generous in serving everyone drinks and snacks. Pezgato is very environmentally conscious and asked everyone on board to be careful with their food and containers so that nothing falls into the water.

Fabulous whale watching experience on the Pez Gato. The crew was excellent! Iván narrated the experience with great skill and a sense of humor. The Captain was respectful of the whales and did not chase them, yet still provided fantastic viewing opportunities. The highlight of the trip was a whale breaching very close to our boat! I can’t wait to go out on the Pez Gato again.
